The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered that action be taken against schools that do not offer a 20% rebate on the fee
Sindh High Court (SHC) has heard a case against the charging of private schools. The court ordered the DG Private School to implement the 20% rebate law. Parents must lodge a complaint against schools that do not offer financial discounts.
The High Court directed the DG private schools to take action against educational institutions after receiving complaints from parents and to provide a report on the implementation of the order within 20 days.
It can be recalled that the Sindh government issued the Sindh Corona Relief Ordinance approved by the Governor of Sindh on May 15. According to the draft, a 20% reduction has been imposed on private schools, which will not be charged at any stage or even after some time.
