LAHORE: the cousin of the Nawaz Sharif, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, has been sent a notice of resentment because he failed to appear in the case against him for the default bank loan.
Munir Joya, the judge, has also warned that the accused person’s all the specific cards like CNIC, passport, and bank accounts would be blocked if he did not appear in the court. However, it is mentioned that the case is being adjourned from the last ten-month without showing up.
However, the case is adjourned till 7 September, and it is also warned by the court to the Shahid Shafi, Ali Pervaiz, Tariq Shafi, and Ibrahim Tariq the last chance for appearing before the court.
These people need to appear before the court because it is the last chance for them to appear; otherwise, their identity stuff would be blocked.
