ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Mian Nawaz Sharif and Ameer of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman have agreed to use a joint strategy against the current government.
According to Hum News sources, former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif called JUI-F Ameer Maulana Fazlur Rehman. He confirmed that the PML-N would play the role of a full-fledged opposition. In a telephone interview with Maulana Fazlur Rehman, PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif said living with the government was a disregard for our position.
He told the JUI-F leader that there would be no chance of further appeal. He clarified that a joint strategy would be used. The PML-N leader has called for a leadership committee meeting soon. He said a plan should be made to meet at a leadership committee meeting.
Sources said during the conversation, Mian Nawaz Sharif said there were problems arising from my illness. He said as the two main groups were still intimidated through the use of lawsuits. Maulana Fazlur Rehman has warned PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif not to worry about NAB’s appearance and refuses to appear before him.
