According to Indian Media, The tensions are boiling once again on the LAC between China and India. Indian Minister for External Affairs S. Jaishankar told on Monday that The situation at Ladakh is ” Very Serious”.
The Minister was addressing an event, He said:
“If you look at the 30 years, because it was peace and tranquillity at the border, it allowed relation to progress,”. He further added that India and China should resolve this matter with dialogue.
On 10 September, Jaishankar and his Chinese Counterpart are scheduled to meet in Moscow, on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s Foreign Minister-level meeting.
There have been many violent clashes between both armies. The most bloody clash happened in Galwan valley when at least twenty Indian troopers were killed on 15 June.
According to some reports, China now controls About 1,000 square kilometers of area in Ladakh along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
