ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan has asked the assistance of Pakistan Army to clean rain affected areas of Karachi.
Imran Khan has also asked the chairman of National Disasters Management Authority (NDMA) Muhammad Afzal to reach out immediately and work over the cleanliness drive.
On the other hand, Ali Zaidi cleared that the program 11th hour where he clarified that the Sindh government was asked to look after Karachi because they expected that the weather situation is becoming worse. So, the moon soon would definitely damage the situation. However, he also expressed a kind of fear that further delay in clearance of these nullahs would spread the disease.
Similarly, Saeed Ghani Sindh Minister is asking that he didn’t know why leader has asked Pakistan Army to assist the cleanliness of metropolis. However, the funds have been released for this purpose. It is the work of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation and District Municipal Corporation (DMC).
