Girl’s marriage to a girl The Lahore High Court issued non-bailable arrest warrants

The two Taxila girl’s marriage case turn into new drop scene before they didn’t appear in front of court and didn’t submit the test results in which the girl have to prove that she is male, but later their lawyer submits the divorce papers by Ali Akash (groom) side.

The Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi Bench has heard the divorce warrant issued by the groom in the case of marriage of a girl to a girl. The High Court expressed outrage over the alleged absence of the bridegroom Ali Akash and the bride.

The court remarked that non-bailable arrest warrants would be issued if the bridegroom did not appear tomorrow. The court also rejected the alleged divorce letter and adjourned the hearing till Wednesday, August 5

The groom’s lawyer said that Ali Akash was ill, so he could not come. The High Court issued an arrest warrant for the alleged groom. SHO Taxila and SHO Garden Town Lahore were ordered to arrest the groom and bring him on August 5.
