Do You Know Kashmiris have passed one year today after the abrogation of Article 370

One year ago on 5th August, Indian government revoked the constitutional autonomy of the state of occupied Jammu and Kashmir. It can also be said that the abrogation of the Article 370. In this way, the majority Muslims were snatched of their legal rights. Similarly, the protesters and political leaders were imprisoned in their houses and the communication of the Kashmiris were blocked.

However, the Indian government has left no stone unturned to stop the movement of Kashmiris and to snatch the freedom of speech. On the other hand, the South Asian director at Human Rights, Meenakshi Ganguly said that the press which was released by the Indian government assured the improvement of Kashmiri lives ring hollow.
