According to the International News Agency, clashes continue between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Armenian army fired missiles in the Azerbaijani city of Ganja, which fell in the urban area and destroyed many houses. The missile strike killed 13 Azerbaijani civilians and wounded more than 40 others.
Azerbaijan confirmed the deaths in the missile strike, saying the death toll could rise as nine of the wounded were in critical condition. Armenia has only violated the ceasefire.
On the other hand, Armenia has also accused Azerbaijan of violating the ceasefire agreement, saying that drones have been seen within its borders, while an attack has killed 29 of our soldiers, thus 633 Armenian soldiers have been killed since September 27.

A statement was issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry a few days ago confirmed that senior diplomats from both countries took part in the talks in Moscow. The Interior Ministry also claimed that the talks were being initiated at the request of Russian President Vladimir Putin for a ceasefire.
