Supreme Court ordered today that the APS Peshawar report to be made public. The decision comes six years after the horrific attack.
On December 16, 2014, Gunmen entered the APS Peshawar building and started killing everything that came their way. They killed innocent kids and teachers by gathering them in a hall and then shoot them. More than 140 students and teachers lost their lives in the incident. APS attack is one of the most barbaric acts of terrorism in the history of the country.
The Supreme court has ordered to make the report into the APS attack to be made public. The court has also asked the Attorney General to make the comments on the report public as well.
During the hearing, Cheif Justice said every time a tragedy strikes, only the lower rank officers are made scapegoats. in reality, it’s the negligence of high ranking officers, APS should have been informed earlier of the attack.
